FIRST, WE BUILD THE IDEA.

• We collect everything needed for the project: club colors, logo, sponsors, mandatory elements and visual direction.
• The brief is clearly defined before design work begins.
• That gives us a clear target from the start.

€250 PROJECT DEPOSIT

• Work begins after an advance payment of €250.
• This is not an additional fee on top of the advertised price.
• When the project moves into production, the entire €250 deposit is deducted from the final order value.
• Once creative work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If the agreed brief is changed after work begins, additional creative work is quoted separately.

A SAMPLE CAN BE PRODUCED BEFORE THE FULL RUN.

• A production sample can be made before the main order.
• The sample is charged at the price of one jersey.
• This allows the actual product to be checked before the full team order goes into production.

EVERY PLAYER IS DIFFERENT.

• Before production, we collect the necessary information for every player:
• name, number, height, weight and other personalization details.
• This significantly reduces the risk of mistakes and helps us select the most appropriate size.

PRODUCTION STARTS AFTER FINAL APPROVAL.

• Once the design, sizes and personalization details are approved, the remaining balance is paid.
• The €250 project deposit is deducted from the final order value.
• The jerseys are then submitted for production.
• All production orders are paid 100% in advance.
• Shipping is paid by the client.

A GREAT KIT DOESN’T END WITH THE FIRST ORDER.

• Your approved club design is archived.
• When a new player joins, a new season starts or additional jerseys are needed, there is no need to begin from scratch.
• We reuse the established team identity and production setup.

DESIGN FOR EXTERNAL PRODUCTION

• Our standard offer combines design and production as one complete service.
• Production-ready artwork and the right to manufacture the design with another supplier are available as a separate licensed service.

QUALITY STARTS WITH THE LOGO.

• If your club only has a small JPG, PNG, screenshot or AI-generated visual, professional vectorisation may be required before production.
• We can also create a completely new club logo.
• These services are quoted separately.

PRODUCTION TIME IS AGREED BEFORE WE START.

• Production normally takes several weeks and may take longer during busy periods.
• If you have a tournament, season opening or another fixed deadline, tell us before the project begins.
• We won’t promise a deadline we can’t meet.
